Hi, I am masturbating last 10years. I masturbate twice or thrice a week. Now i feel some problems in my body. I do wanna know is it because of masturbation. My hands shake when i take a tea cup from a plate. My hands shake when i write. I have something like disturbance or a pain inside and above my neck backside when i concentrate and read some books or read something on a tv. (when pain occurs heavy above my neck backside i have aceclofenac and paracetamol tablets to reduce heavy pain but still i feel that disturbance there).I feel its because of nerves. I'm about to marry in a year or two. I'm very afraid this ruins my life or i cant have sexual intercourse with my partner. I'm very much afraid that all these symptoms happens because i masturbate heavy. Pls guide me..

Hi, Any one would have problem while reading in a moving vehicle and people can feel pain due to trying to over concentrate. I am getting your point. If you are so concious about this then we can get an mri done but before that try improve your sitting position,get your vision checked,get your b.p and rbs checked and tell me if any problem. Hi. I get pain in back side of head. The pain occurs exactly above the neck(back side) below the skull. It occurs sometimes not often. I dont know why that pain occurs. As i noted it occurs when i read something in a moving vehicle mostly and in another situations sometimes. If i get that pain i cant bear the pain. Then i take this tablet:- SAP-A(Aceclofenac and Paracetamol tablet). After taking this tablet the pain reduces. This tablet was prescribed by a neurologist once when i met him due to this pain. How can i cure this? I'm very much afraid of it. Is it migraine? or is it brain tumour? Pls help me is it curable??

Hi, It just seems that you might have difficulty in convergence , because you have pain while reading in a moving vehicle and have no other complaint. I would advice you to get vision checked from a reliable centre by an opthalmologist and not by an optometrist , if you were previously prescribed a glass then you should wear them regularly. Avoid reading in a moving vehicle , and do the pen convergence excercise multiple times a day. ...
