Hi! The only blood test that can show whether you are pregnant or the previous abortion was an incomplete one is a serum beta hcg -this checks the hormone for pregnancy in the blood. If less than 5 ,then pregnancy is negative. Hi Sir, My wife is on TB medication (AKT3) for last 8 months. During this time is it safe to use emergency contraceptive pill (like i-Pill) if due to some reason regular birth control method fails. thanks.

Hi, There are no harms to take i-pill(no reaction),but the t.b medicines reduces the efficacy of emergency contraceptive and the dose of i-pill might be needed to be repeated depending on how patient profile. i am 14 weeks pregnant..and i am not yet ready to have another baby..i dont know what to take coz abortion pill is not available in our place..i had 6 sessions in what we called hilot or she said that d fetus cannot grow anymore because of pressing my tummy d fetus was affected.but i think i still feel it..and wen i took a pregnancy test..it is still possitive and i dont have any blood....so what will i do?

I have several concerns regarding your inquiry. First and foremost, what the hilot told you is a complete bogus/ Of course your uterus can still expand, and your baby can still grow. What you should do is take care of your pregnancy and do not kill your baby. If you cannot raise your child or can’t give him/her a bright future, you may give him/her up for adoption. ...
