Good day...Occasional pus cells in urine is suggestive of Urinary tract infection if associated with other problems like fever, vomiting, frequent urination. If features of infection are absent, you can consider re-checking for infection. Persistent presence of pus cells in urine requires treatment with oral antibiotics.
