I want you to please guide me that which suppliment I should take. Actually I want myself to look healthy bcz I have a slim look. I want that type of suppliment that really gives me the best output. Don't care about the price of the suppliment, just suggest me that suppliment which would give me the best output and the effect of that suppliment should not fall down after 1 or 2 years. I want that suppliment whose effect lasts for a long time and once again I remind u that please don't care about the price. The suppliment should not have any side effect. you should take your supplements post workout. start with a mass gainer (other than endura, you can take any eg: by muscletech, QNT, ultimate nutrition are the better ones). if you can not able to take the entire quantity of scoop size mention at one time, you can take half ofthe quantity mentioned twice. Hi . I have hypothyroidism amd taking thyronorm 25mcg. I also was diagnosed with pcod last year but the gynaec adviced no treatment saying it sometimes happen temporarily. My periodsare currently normal n regural. but i am still suffering from hair loss..throigh internet research i have concluded that i have female.pattern hairloss.currently I am taking follihair and felol z tablets along with mintop lotion. at night. I am also using renocia . i am taking this since 2 weeks but hair are still falling. also the diameter of my hair have reduced.

Hi, Intially when you start taking treatment for hair loss it can result in incresed hair loss for a intial few days,this is not the point for worry but since you have started using minoxidil for hair growth it will have to be used till the time you need hair. Hello Neeraj, Mintop lotion helps most types of hair loss. If you are tolerating the 5% lotion then you can use the 10% lotion safely. It is to be used as 1ml twice a day. Benefit takes 3-6 months of regular use. Shampoos which can help Mintop work better include Ketoconazole shampoos like Keraglo-AD shampoo and scalp stimulating shampoos such as Anaphase shampoo.
