suggest me the medicine in allopathy or homeopathy to cure nightfall at comlet full stop

PAST HISTORY : no past illness but nightfall occurence since last 3 months

Nightfall is a natural phenomenon. It occurs when the person is sexually excited but does not masturbate. Mastrubation is not harmful and one must indulge in it whenever you are aroused, but don't make it a habit. No medicine is required.

please tell me the cure??? i am having problem that after going toilet for urine after coming out after 2 to 5 min a drop of urine comes out .it is problem for me as it ruin my clothes.

my 1 year old son feels to vomit just by seeing his food. He is difficult eater when I started introducing solid foods when he was 6 months.. Then I used to play his poems while feeding him.. Since few days he feels to vomit just by seeing his food.. He used to like ceralac but now after first spoon he just try to vomit.. He has got 6 teeth 3 months ago. I was suffering from blood in my stool from long time until i consulted a doc and he said that i have fissure. I got it cured through ointments and having drinking fibre. However, from last few monts I have started suffering from incomplete evacuation. All the time my stomach is bloated up and I dont feel like eating anything. I have increased my water intake and also have started eating fibre fruits to a great extent but nothing is helping me. Howsoever hard I try, I am not able to evacuate completely. I go to washroom at least 5 times a day but still i feel full all the time. Sometimes I get black stool and sometimes its normal. My stool is not hard at all. I feel uneasy all the time. I stay in tension all the time due to this. Please suggest me a cure to this.

I was prescribed betnovate for blackness under my eyes and as soon as i stopped, my cheeks were full of rashes and red bumps, then a dermatologist advised me momate. i have used for 4 years and it used to give me clear skin but now i want to stop using these steroids as i start getting rashes the moment i stop using them.
