uterus anteverted bulky in size and shows a well defined gestation sac in the fundic region of the uterus. mean sac diameter measure 1.05 cms corresponding to 6 weeks fetal node and yolk sac are not visualized, but in the early scan report they have state that only fatel node is not visible, yolk sac is normal, doctor is suggesting to go for cancellation pregnancy... plz suggest as this my first pregnancy..

hi i am a 24 year old girl . my height is 134 cm ( 4feet 4inches) i have been taking growth flex v pro ( l-arginine and ornithinine ) for past one month on bed time and have noticed about 1.5 cm diffrence in height in few weeks . i would like to know is there any side effect of it . and i also consulted a doctor my spine is in really bad shape and i have a very bad posture and im obese. 63kg. my doctor said me that if my posture is improved and spine is straiter i may be additional 2-3 inches taller as my spine is curved ( like a opposite ' C" SHAPE ) pushing my hips out from behind and also a round slouched shoulder . I have started doing lots of exercise to lose weight and yoga to correct my posture 2 hours of intense streches everyday. will it help me ? is taking a arginine and ornithinie safe ? since iv already taken for a month and noticed diffrence . i also take calcium n magnesium zinc to strenghten my bones. please tell me will doing all these help me gain atleast 1-2 inches. my parents are quite tall both above 5.8. i dont have any other issues and my blood works are all fine no thyroid , no cholestrol no pco . my periods are regular . pls help doctor.

Hi, Most common cause of small height is inherited from parents,but since your parents have a good height i would recommend you to get your hormonal tests like growth hormone or consult an endocrinologist because they might be really helpful to you,since your height is to small as compared to your parents. I have done ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis and the report i got is LIVER,GALL BLADDER, PANCREAS, SPLEEN and UNRIARY BLADDR is normal. But KIDNEY : Right kidney : 7032mm Left kidney : 7935mm Both kidneys are decreased in size. Renal parenchymal echo texture increased in bilateral kidneys. Cortical indentations noted in bilateral kidneys. No calculi or hydronephrosis in either kidney. PROSTATE :: Size : 373035mm (Volume-20 cc) Increased in size. Median lobe of prostate is enlarged. Can u tell me is it very serious now or in future ?

Hi, Yes the report shows that your kidney size is reduced significantly and you need to get many tests before i can make any comment although rest all other things mentioned in the ultrasound are normal. But you will have to get your urine report like urine routine and microcscopy,kidney function test,glomerular filtration rate. my wife is suffering from uterine fibroid with prominent left falopian tube as found in sonography done recently.the report is as follows : uterus appears mildly bulky and appx measures 8.4 x 5.2 x 4.4 cms. .it appears slightly globular in shape. it shows inhomogeneous parenchymal echotexture. there is relatively well defined iso-hypoechoic intramural fibroid of appx size 3.7 x3.5 x 2.7 cms seen in posterior myometrium.no obvious degenerating areas or vascularity noted. this lesion is in close proximity to the endometrial stripe.it appears to cause displacement and mild distorsion of the adjacent endometrial stripe.endometrial thickness is appx 6mm .the left falopian tube appears prominent (10-11mm). no other obvious focal lesion seen in the uterus. So, pl. suggest probable treatments.How can she get rid of uterine fibroids?

I am 7 weeks and 2 days. My hgc rose, dropped and slightly rose again. I had an u/s today and it appears my sac is collapsing. There was a yolk sac and fetal pole but no heartbeat. I'm sure I am miscarrying but I don't know what a collapsed sac means or what could have caused it? With my daughter I had a vanishing twin and couldn't see her heartbeat until 8&1/2 weeks. I'm just curious if thia pregnancy is infact not viable. I've had no symptoms of a miscarriage and still feel pregnant. My cervix is closed and the sac is not headed towards my cervix. I don't know what is going on.
