I plan to wisdom tooth and dental implant at the same time in about a week. I'm taking Metoprolol SUCC - 25mg/day and Warfarin Sodium ~ 4mg/day. My cardiologist advises me to stop Warfarin three days before the procedures. What about Metoprolol SUCC?

Hello. I am 29 years old from Australia and currently am in Tokyo. I had protected sex with a hooker a few nights ago and a hand job from one last night. I am overweight and chafe a lot when walking a lot but I have noticed itchy red lines have developed behind my knees on both sides. Red rashes are between my legs (but is usual for my chafing). I've been recommended to have a wisdom tooth pulled because it has long roots and is near a nerve (and artery?). I'm living in South Korea so it's hard to understand exactly whats up. If this is the case, is this an emergency or could I wait 6 months until I'm back in the USA to clear it up.
