PAST HISTORY : 2;1 hearth block no need for pacemaker yet
mitral valve leak but not significant

hello, heart block is not a contraindication for dental implants. But there is a consideration for anticoagulant tablets which would have been given by your cardiologist which should be stopped for 5 days during implant procedure with the consent from your cardiologist and if your INR (blood investigation) level is within 3 you can go for dental implants.......

Agreed with Dr Santosh Kumar to consult your Cardiologist which your dentist shall definitely do so as per the medico-Dental protocol but I suggest that all implants should not be carried at one go but spaced out, to control exhaustion, fear, anxiety and stress

Dental implants are newer technologies available and long term data on safety in heart patients is not available but on a theoretical basis there is an increased chance of heart blockage during implant surgery as well as after that while using them. So in short try to avoid them. Go for FPD/CD/RPD
