My sacral dimple is bleeding slightly and is sore. What does that mean?

I have what I thought was a bruise falring up a bit on my right chin / jaw line. I could feel the bump but could not remember being hit to cause such a decent size lump. My children often kick and hit me in the face in play. But to get this size lump would have been memorable unless at 39 my body now can't handle even a gentle bump. But it seems to now be getting slightly worse and is begining to feel numb and slightly itchy. I have a very mild middle bottom tooth infection. I thought if my gland was up it would be a lower / under my chin swelling which it is not under the chin but on and if anything above. I am visably looking like fred flintstone actor's chin on one side / elephant man slightly.

On monday i got a canker sore on the bottom left side of my mouth under my tongue next to my gums. Ive been using warm water with salt every day to kill it. Its getting better but now i have little tiny skin with white tips hanging from the bottom of my tongue that are sensitive. Is this because of the Canker sore? or is there something else going on?

hi, I had a D&C because of incomplete abortion, then the bleeding was heavy for a week, doctor suggested me primolut-n for 21 days, after completing the course on third day i started bleeding, but the bleeding is very heavy with lot of pain ,,,, is this heavy bleeding normal and how long it will take to subsidise......

Yesterday I was playing in a soccer game around 3:30, I got cleated pretty bad on the inside of my right knee and went down, I was down for a minute but then got up and continued to play. My knee was sore but seemed fine. After the game it began getting more painful but I ignored it assuming it was juist sore. This morning I woke up and had excruciating pain trying to straighten it and was almost impossible to try and walk on. When it's bent it's almost like nothing and is fine. If it helps I'm a 14 year old girl.
