uterus anteverted bulky in size and shows a well defined gestation sac in the fundic region of the uterus. mean sac diameter measure 1.05 cms corresponding to 6 weeks fetal node and yolk sac are not visualized, but in the early scan report they have state that only fatel node is not visible, yolk sac is normal, doctor is suggesting to go for cancellation pregnancy...
plz suggest as this my first pregnancy..

However it may vary from 3-5 cm and normal volume is 10 ml and bulky ovaries may be seen in (cysctic ovary disease).
The report you sent me - is that a complete ultrasound report,because cyst can be single and can be multiple. Single cyst at times can be normal but poly cyst are never normal and they cause a little irregularity of periods(which you did not mention whether cyst is single or multiple)

The following are the brief details of my case for your kind consideration:-
1. History of High Myopia since the age of 12 years.
2. Suffered Retina Detachment in the right eye at the age of 25 years and was operated upon at Shankar Netralaya, Chennai but with little gain of vision.
3. Continued with the help of contact lens in the left eye and almost stable number for the next 11 years.
4. Sudden appearance of rainbow like colours in the Left eye and the case was diagnosed as Advanced Optic Nerve Atrophy & Retinal Degeneration at PGI, Chandigarh & I was told that the condition is irreversible with no cure or medication.
5. I was put on eye drop medication with Dorzox, Combigan , Alphagen & am continuing with the same.
6. I was advised IOL transplant in the left eye and underwent surgery for the same at Grewal Eye Institute, Chandigarh.

You will have to get your self tested and may be if there is any hormonal deficiency then that can be full filled by giving you those hormonal suppliments.
