I would like to know the side effects for daily consumption of Beplex Forte medicine

Now I am 10 weeks pregnant and my doctor is saying that USG is showing that the foetus is 9 weeks old and no such limbs are seen in the foetus. Doctor advised to take Injection CORION 5000IU weekly and ARGIPREG Sachet -1 sachet daily with other regular Tablets like ASA 50(1 daily), SYSFOL PLUS (2tab daily) and DUBAGEST-200(1 daily). Doctor is suspecting the foetus is of poor growth and poor liquor. Doctor said to take Injection for 3 weeks and if any improvements are not found then, I have to discontinue my pregnancy, but I am not in a mood to take such decision. Please guide me if I can carry my pregnancy and what shall I do now?

My Kid is 9 months old but she is underweight by 3 Kgs. Her current weight is 5.9 but she is active!!! As of now, we are giving Similac Stage 2 but her consumption is very very less. We have checked with our Doctors in India but Doctors are forcing us to feed her but she is not at all interested.. Can you please suggest any other solution to increase her appetite.

I have been taking Oxirute CD tablets one in the morning and one in the evening daily for almost 20 days. Can this tablet be taken for a very long time. Does it have any side effects. I am suffering from cronic fissures and movement my tools become hard I get severe pains, burning. I consume alcohol every night before dinner. Please advice how to get rid of Fissures permnently. I also take Laxitol solutions every day since more than 3 months. Does this also have any side effects.

Hello I am 27years female and have diagonised sacralazation l5-s1 three months ago.I have gone through various physiotherapies like excercises, ultrasound and eletctric heat therapies...to some extent these therapy help to relief my back pain.but not for the longer time..now I am doing low level laser therapy in the hope to get relief from this back pain permanently.I am recommended to do this laser therapy for 10days and just completed 3days course of this laser therApy.. It seems like its working to relief pain..I am given the medicines like zanid and neurobions forte now for 20days... What i actually want to know is will this laser therapy help to relief from the back pain permanently? I am so much worried about my upcoming married life,sex life and pregnancies too.. Will such problems create the problems in my future life,,,please help me to get proper solution for this problem .... Thank you ...

My hands shake when i do some activities like when i take a tea cup my hands shake. When i'm drinking it slowly my hands shake. I feel very shy and afraid infront of everyone. I cant hold the pen and write normally as others do. I hold my pen very tight with my fingers and write. Then when i go in a bike, when i go in some speed i'm ok. Do you feel any kind of numbness or any kind paresthesia in your hands or legs. Since how long are you having this problem and also describe in detail whether you are facing any other symptom or not and whether it was all of a sudden or the symptoms you are facing devloped gradually. Any problem in urine or dafecation ? Any history of trauma and is this pain bilateral or unilateral ? Any history of hypertension and diabetes ? You can get serum electrolyte level and vitamin d3 levels chceked in blood right now and also give me the awnser to above queries i asked you and then will let you know whether any other investigation is required or not.
