A few pus cells in urine is within normal range. 0-2 RBC per high power field and few epithelial cells in urine is normal. See a doctor and get urine culture and sensitivity test, and ultrasonography of kidney, ureters and bladder done.

Hi,
Normally the urine should not contain more than 2-3 pus cells although regularly there should be no pus cells or rbc in urine .
This indicates high quantity of infection in urine .
