Uterus is RVRF, normal is size measuring 80*57*50 mm. Hypoechic areas of 20*17, 12.6*12 mm sizes are seen at anterior walls and 19*18, 17*14 mm size at posterior wall.

Uterus is RVRF, normal is size with normal echopattern measuring 76*64*52 mm. Multiple small hypoechoic areas of 15, 16, 19 mm sizes are seen at anterior fundal region & posterior wall. A hypoechoic area of 14.3 mm size is seen at anterior wall.

Anti-verted, anti-flexed bulky in size measuring 90*45*42 mm. Multiple intra mural myomas noted measuring 26*21 mm at anterior wall. Endometrial thickness 6.6 mm appears normal.

Uterus is AVAF bulky in size measuring 83*63*56mm size. Multiple heterogenous SOL noted at anterior, posterior & fundal myometrium larger measuring 32*24mm, 20*19mm and 34*37 mm.

This is my medical history: First test taken on: 14/07/2010 Uterus is RVRF normal is size with hypoechoic masses 14*11 mm & 18*16 mm in anteriors wall & 17*13 mm size in posterior wall. Uterus measuring 87.3*65.4*47.2 mm size Medicines taken: Loette (1 month) Duoluton-L (1 month) Loette (1 month) 24/11/2010 Uterus is RVRF, normal in size measuring 80*57*50 mm. Hypoechic areas of 20*17, 12.6*12 mm sizes are seen at anterior walls and 19*18, 17*14 mm size at posterior wall. Medicines taken: Yamini 17/02/2011 Uterus is RVRF, normal is size with normal echopattern measuring 76*64*52 mm. Multiple small hypoechoic areas of 15, 16, 19 mm sizes are seen at anterior fundal region & posterior wall. A hypoechoic area of 14.3 mm size is seen at anterior wall. Medicines taken: Yamini Then Shifted to Ayurvedic Medicines after 2 months Medicines taken after that: 1. Shatavri, Kaharva Pishti, Shubhra powder with Manole syrup (1 time) After 6 months 2. Shatavri, Kaharva Pishti, Shubhra, Punarnava, Swetapradara loh powder with manole (1 time) After a year the test results were: 6/01/12 Anti-verted, anti-flexed bulky in size measuring 90*45*42 mm. Multiple heterogenous SOL noted at anterior, posterior & fundal myometrium larger measuring 32*24mm, 20*19mm and 34*37 mm. Medicines: kanchanar google, Aloes compound, Ashwagandha + Shunti churna powder in milk 22/5/13 – shunti churna + ashwagandha + nagkesar churna (daily), Shatavri granules (taken daily with milk), kanchnar google (2 tablets daily), Evecare syrup (1 month) Shifted back to allopathy 12/8/2013 Uterus is RVRF, mild bulky size measuring 97x58x67 mm. A hyphoechoic area measuring 35x29x23 mm size is seen at posterior wall. Medicines: megastone 10 mg (20 days), Pyricontin ( 20 days) 10/9/13: Hervote for 4 months 3/01/2014 ( The last one ) Uterus: Anti-verted, anti-flexed bulky in size measuring 101x100x85mm with multiple ill defined echo complex lesions of varying sizes are noted in the uterus largest measuring 53x45x43 mm at fundus region with non separate visualization of endometrium. Another echo complex lesion measuring 38x37x36 mm noted on posterior wall of uterus causing its contour abnormality. Ovaries: Both ovaries are normal. Dominant follicles seen in right ovary. No free fluid found in cul-de-sac. Impression: Bulky uterus with multiple ill defined echo complex lesions of varying sizes are noted in the uterus largest at fundus region with non separate visualization of endometrium. Another echo complex lesion noted on posterior wall of uterus causing its contour abnormality. Multiple uterine fibroids. Medicines taken: Meprate tablets (twice for 1 month) Then all the doctors (visited 5 of them) said I should go for a Myomectomy . I was so scared that I stopped visiting the doctors and stopped all the medicines. I have not gone for any sonography after that. From last 10 month I have reduced my sugar intake and started jogging thrice a week. I am also applying caster oil on my stomach and started drinking green tea. Though I sometimes feel pain in left side of stomach otherwise I have no other problem except that I used to have spotting between the two menses time (a yea back) which is not there from last 1 year so not sure whats happening inside. I am 37 years old and getting married next month. still scared as what will happen after marriage, would i be able to get pregnant? It's great to see someone replying after 2 years, appreciate your reply. Let me know if surgery can be denied and what should I do? Thank you.
