Hello sir, since you were operated on about 10 months ago, and missed many physiotherapy sessions after the operation, you might have developed muscle stiffness and your knee range of motion might have been limited due to decreased use/movement. Hence by proper Physiotherapy exercise programs you might be able to gain proper weight-bearing at your affected knee along with an increase in strength and range of motion which will ultimately lead you towards your goal of pain-free movements during sports activities. Your physiotherapy sessions will include primarily strength training, endurance training, balance training, weight-bearing exercises along with other electrotherapy modalities to help you regain strength and reduce pain. Continue with regular physiotherapy and even repeat all exercises at least once at your home to maintain your daily achievements of strength and motion. I hope you find this helpful and you get back to your sport real soon. Take care.
