i ate pan masala for last 6 months and i want my teeth to be clean

Hi Rohit,
Teeth Cleaning is not a problem, but first you should quit the habit of eating Pan Masala. Stains on your teeth is not the only problem which is created by eating pan masala. Don't Think that if you eat Tobacco Free pan masala then its safe, but even Supari ( areca Nut ) is harmful.
You can get your teeth cleaned at any dental clinic.

Its better to stop chewing pan masala completely before getting your teeth cleaned. you can then get your teeth cleaned from any dental office.

Hi Rohit,
to get your teeth to be cleaned, visit a Dentist.
But first of all you have to stop your habit of chewing pan masala. It will not only cause staining of your teeth, but can also lead to the other oral disorders.
After scaling, Failure to discontinue the habit will again cause staining of the teeth.

If you have decided to quit you pan habits or any other tobacco habits than it is a good idea to get your teeth clean by a dental professional. The stain free teeth are a motivating factor to keep the habit away. It also helps in developing your personality to a better level. so keep going

Hi, I am 55 years old and have lost a couple of teeth because of cavities. my 1 year old son feels to vomit just by seeing his food. He is difficult eater when I started introducing solid foods when he was 6 months.. Then I used to play his poems while feeding him.. Since few days he feels to vomit just by seeing his food.. He used to like ceralac but now after first spoon he just try to vomit.. He has got 6 teeth 3 months ago. Since 3 months , no more new teeth is coming but i can see his gums are red and bit sore since 10 days.

I have had wisdom tooth issues for the last few years. For the second time this year I am experiencing a "locking" of the jaw. My two wisdom teeth are laying sideways instead of straight up, and they both have cracked and broken exposing the nerve. I can barely open my mouth more than an inch, can't fit a fork in there, can't yawn. It hurts. I do not have dental insurance and want to know if I go to the ER can they at least give me an antibiotic or something to alleviate the pain. It is the weekend, and Tuesday is Christmas so my primary care doctor is closed.
