There are some echocradiographic criteria, according to that surgeon decides which one to do-valvoplasty or valve replacement. So the choice of surgical method depends on the severity of your condition and the degree of severity is assesed by surgeon according to your examination results.

I had a fall 6 months ago . Broke some cartage in my knee. My knee does a fast give out when I am walking. dont know what it is. Now I got told i have tendonitis of the ankle. It is so pain full. What is causing this and what can be done to help me. The doctor said I will some day need knee surgery and foot surgery to fuse all my bone toes together. Hi! Yesterday, I went to see my dentist for tooth extraction and currently taking antibiotics and mefenamic acid for 7 days. Next week, on Wednesday, I'm going to undergo blood testing, urinalysis and fecalysis. Question, is it okay to undergo these procedures even though I'm taking medicines? I'm so busy and Wednesday is the only day I'm available. Plus, clinics are closed on Christmas holiday. Please help me. Thanks!

But if your dentist has asked for it, then it might have been for some specific reason. just inform the laboratory that you are on antibiotics to prevent any wrong interpretation. Sir i am suffering from knee sweeling in my rt knee for 6 month,two times i hv removed water(aspiration) from it bt never found relief.some time it decrease and some time increase.all tests x rays,crp,esr are normal not yet i found any relief.4 years ago same problem were in my lft knee and dr. Removed 2 pieces(tissue) from lft knee which were found normal(non specific),till one month after surgery i couldn't bent knee even a little bit,i took physiotherapy by wax and till 9 months i could bent it onle 80% after 1.5 or 2 year i could bent it properly 100 bt with pain,still there is pain when i bent it proper,and also swelling in rt knee.Dr.'s Of hospital in which i get surgery 4 yrs ago said that same surgery will pass in rt knee,bt i am afraid because still there is pain in my lft knee,if i pass again surgery in rt knee i will face same problem of pain in my rt knee,please advice me sir if there another way to get treated without surgery like med. Or i should get treated by surgery,i am just 23 yr old boy,still there is whole life for me to live please help me.

hi i have a female friend , she used to to smoke Hookah tobacco for 3 months then suddenly she stopped smoking , now she feels heart pain (heart beats faster ), chest pain (hard to breath and some timed coughs blood ) and back pain when she went to the hospital the doctor said you must stop smoking hookah gradually not stop suddenly so what do u recommend and is it true that this is the only solution for this problem ? or is there some kind of pills or medical solution? i don't her to smoke again cause if she tries again she may be addicted again to hookah tobacco so please i want a better solution then this solution

Hi, Since you have not told me about the age of the patient ,with only history available that she was a smoker,following might be the causes - - Bronchitis - Brochiectasis - Lung carcinoma - Pneumonia For all of these you will have to leave smoking.You may quit smoking suddenly but doctors at might not recommend it because this might suddenly lead to dropping of hormone levels in blood which might cause depression. Hi, The foreskin on my penis is quite tight and I am not able to retract that easily. I am in a planning for marriage in next 2 - 3 months. So any resolution for the above problem? I have checked for options and came to know that Circumcision can be an option but worried about the process of removal of complete foreskin. I personally feel that foreskin is a very sensitive part of penis comprised of vital sex nerves, which helps to release sensual felling during masturbation/sexual activity but as the part of process to circumcision surgery, the foreskin need to be cut away so, worried that, without foreskin how I can get sexual sensation in future or during foreplay? How penis reacts after removal of foreskin for sexual activities? Is it true circumcision surgery really reduces some level sexual sensitivity from penis? Please help me on above queries.
