Hello doctor, I am worried about my child's behaviour in certain activities. He is 3 years old, but he has a problem in concentrating on things. He feels happy when he hits someone.He cannot recognize colours at the age of 3. Not able to write properly. there are a lot many other problems as well.But there are some positive parts also. He is very good in learning, He can recognize anyone even if he see the person after a long time. Someone has told us that there are symptoms of ADHD. We have not gone for any diagnosis yet, but we are very much worried. What should be our next step.Pllllllllllllllllllllzzzzzzzzz help

Baby is suffering from cold and more importantly cough since past 2 days. Doctor has prescribed T-minic drops 0.5 ml oral for 3 days and post to which cough didnot subside, then to use Kufril drops 0.5 ml thrice a day. However on using first instance of T-minic baby had pooped 4 times (Can be because he was on antibiotics just a week back for ear infection. His stools were more in number atleast twice after every feed. But once medicnes are stopped his stools were back to normal and he poops only once a day). and also his cough has increased very much. His feeding routine got slightly distrubed as he is not able to complete the bottle with ease. He leaves an ounce or so sometimes due to stuffy nose or congestion. Are these medications safe for a 5 month old baby? if not what precautions to be taken to soothe him from cough and cold?

Our baby is 7weeks old.One day we sow on our baby buttom these blue marks,we call to the hospital straightaway,they ask us to bring her to the hospital.These bruises a really large on both buttocks,we never harm our baby.After few hours me and my husband were arrested for child cruelty,now its been 4weeks and our baby is in foster care while they do investigation.Its heart breaking,we have no idea how these bruises emerged in the first place,could it be these birth marks that everyone is talking about?but she is white skin,we both from eastern europe.Police took her infant baby bath,cous we told them it my be cous of the bath.Any advise or anything that could help us please?we try to get help for her and look whats happend,i never imagen in a million years they can do this.thanks

Do you feel any kind of numbness or any kind paresthesia in your hands or legs. Since how long are you having this problem and also describe in detail whether you are facing any other symptom or not and whether it was all of a sudden or the symptoms you are facing devloped gradually. Any problem in urine or dafecation ? Any history of trauma and is this pain bilateral or unilateral ? Any history of hypertension and diabetes ? You can get serum electrolyte level and vitamin d3 levels chceked in blood right now and also give me the awnser to above queries i asked you and then will let you know whether any other investigation is required or not.
