Doctor's Answer
Hi,
As far as I know the two can be used together (melacare hc and brevoxyly cream face wash). It is just that you should not have any kind of allergy to brevoxyly cream face wash. First use only brevoxyly cream and if you have breathing difficulty, swelling of lips, face and throat, skin redness, burning,or dryness, then don't use it further but otherwise there should not be any worry.
However it depends from person to person so it cannot be confirmed. Melacare cream should not be used for too lon ... Read Full Answer
My husband age 65 had to have his lower left wisdom tooth removed because there was a cavity on the tooth before the wisdom tooth. The original doctor only removed the tooth November 26, 2012, was given Norco for pain and recommended to take ibuprofen for pain. My husband had pain, and swelling. Original dentist packed the tooth with a special pack. Husband also applied clove oil. He talked to oral surgeons. Went to another surgeon and was given steroids, and antibiotics. My husband had dry socket and the hole was not closing up. So the new surgeon recommended a water pick and brushing the area vigorously to stimulate circulation. THe hole is closing up. Also, a root tip was found and had to be removed which added new pain. My husband is trying to not taking Norco anymore and trying to reduce ibuprofen. But pain level is 1-3 with twinges in jaw. It's been 8 wks. Is that normal? The original wisdom tooth had fused to the bone and had to be sawed in half to be removed. The cavity still hasn't been filled due to other pain.
Doctor's Answer
You have mentioned dry socket, the appropriate treatment for that is use of local antibiotics and systemic analgesics. Kindly get a radiograph done and ask your dentist to irrigate and flush the area before inserting the local medication. ... Read Full Answer
I have been diagnosed with IBS a little over 10 years ago by a gasterenterologist. They did the colonoscopy and determined that it was IBS (diarrhea only for me), but I have not been back since due to financial hardship. I have been experiencing some pain, bloating, gas, unusual bowel movements for me - constipation, and unusual looking feces. It has at times looked to be long and thin which is quite abnormal. I have been a vegetarian for 18 years but for the last 8 months have been vegan. These symptoms have not come on until about 2 months ago, however. If anything, I am eating a lot more fruits, vegetables and fiber, which should make me more regular and NOT constipated (I do not eat any dairy or eggs - nothing from animals at all). I used to have to take 3-4 Immodim a day before going to work just to function at my job, but recently, I have not been taking any of it and still have trouble going to the bathroom. I am concerned that this may be something serious. I have read everything I can about these symptoms and have seen that it could be a sign of colon or rectal cancer. I am not an alarmist, but am interested to know if I should be seeking medical attention immediately. Thoughts? Thank you. Rebecca
Doctor's Answer
dear rebecca, pleased to know how keen you are with your health (many people are sooooo careless). As for your IBS, it is a wise idea to undergo a colonoscopy once every year. Cancer or colon or rectum is very rare and there are early signs of it like a polyp which can be easily diagnosed and removed by colonoscopy. so if you really need to be cautious, you have to underdo a colonoscopy once every year. Hello Mam,
I am 25 and my inner tighs and vaginal area are very dark in color. I have consulted doctor about the dark color of inner tighs and she suggested me to use SPARKEL cream (hydroquinone, tretinoin and mometasone furote cream). I am using it from past 1 week and sometimes when the skin peel off it burns. I use the same cream at night. Suggest me some cream that can be applied during the day time to avoid the pain caused by the cream.
Can I use it on my vagina too?? Or Is there any other cream available which I can use on my vaginal area to improve the color?
Apart from it I want to increase my breast size. Kindly suggest me some cream or oil/lotion that can help me in the same.
Doctor's Answer
Hi!!
The medication you are taking is for the hyperpigmentation in the thighs and vaginal area.Any other medication will all have the same composition and same side effects as this ointment.ALso,this medication should not be applied in the inner vagina.
To increase the breast size, oils which are widely advertised have hormones which can have serious side effects so are not recommended. ... Read Full Answer
