Hello! Nausea and vomitting maybe totally unrelated to the dental filling or could be a side effect of any medicines prescribed by the dentist. Take care

Hi! Was any sedation used for the procedure?
if not then the vomiting has no relation with the dental procedure,
if yes, then it may be a side effect of the sedative used.

Filling of cavity is noway related to vomiting. It might be because of any gagging sensation.

Hi,
Usually filling of a cavity has nothing to do with vomitting, again incase if your child had swallowed any of the water(if the water was not drinking water) during the treatment procedure, that might have caused the symptoms.
