You may need electrolytes and water for a few more days along with normal diet to combat dehydration and for sufficient calorie intake. The water intake should be more than normal, depending on the weather in your area.

Drink lots of fruit juice with table salt added. Have semisolid foods more,so that you get water from the food too. Continue this food habit till you feel normal.
