Dear sir i have too much dark black spot on my face due to pimple So can i remove them plz suggest.

You can try ayurvedic treatment for the same the spots might disappear if pimples have dried up u can use kukumadi oil for local application if they are persistent use internal medicines like mahamanjishtadi kashayam and kaishore guggule but I suggest u take ayurvedic doctors opinion before taking any medicines internally

Hi.. Im 24 yr old male. i have an habit of masturbation. i think in my school 8th class i did masturbation first time. After a year it became a habit for me. iâ€™m very much ashamed of having this habit. After doing masturbation, I hate myself that I cant control it. I think to control doing next time, but finally again I do it. From that time to till now I cant stop this habit. So more or less I masturbate twice a week anyway and in rare cases thrice a week. Accidentally during my college time I watched some programs in tv saying that masturbation causes not able to do sexual intercourse with partner. It causes not able to give a baby after marriage. After seeing that type of programs I got very much afraid of my life. Before two years I did laser eye surgery. Before surgery they did all pre-test for me. Then they said that your nerves are weak so we need to do two more extra test. After that extra test doctor said that we can do the surgery thereâ€™s nothing problem regarding the nerve weakness. I Think may be its family gene problem having nerve weakness. Maybe your grandfather too could had nerve weakness in his life. And now after two years of eye surgery I didnâ€™t face any problems. As doctor said my nerves are weak in my body from my small age.After masturbating all these days I feel my nerves got more weak than before. I donâ€™t know whether it is due to masturbation.But nowadays after masturbation I get head pain back side sometimes and not everytime. Anyway I feel nerves are weak in my body.Iâ€™m afraid very much that I cant do sexual intercourse with my partner if I get married. Iâ€™m afraid that I cant make my wife pregnant after my marriage. Please help me can I make a baby with sexual intercourse after my marriage? Hello Doctor this is Emmanuel Nice to hear from you, actually my skin is not extremely very dark but compared to a 'White skin' it is, I'm not very pinkish, but I'm fairer than the other dark people. If I come under bright lights I look fair I don't know what medicine changed my skin colour as I'm not good at medicine. My toes, feet, neck, Hands and other private parts like me penis are also dark, I've tried the Vitamin C Calamine lotion Multani mitti allovera face wash drank water used sunscreens accordingly these only work to certain extent and I feel these are meant for people who are looking to improve their complexion and not to restore the original skin colour. I actually look like a South Asain. It took some time may be about a month my complexion became dark. I don't have any other symptoms except for skin darkening and don't have any dark spots either Please advice me with the best medicine. Thanks & Regards Emmanuel

Hi Emmanuel, Thank you for the photographs. The areas you mention - hands, feet, penis and scrotum are naturally darker than the rest of the body. The reasons for this are different. The penis and scrotum are darker because they have a very rich blood supply and this makes the skin darker. No treatment is required or indeed effective here. I have acne from past 2 years. I am taking doxycycline 100 mg per day and it improve my acne very much. Now my skin is almost acne free but, dark spot of acne irritate me. Please suggest me dark spot removal and skin fairness cream for me.

Hi. I already asked a question before. I got reply for that and got expired. So i mentioned below my before question and reply:- Hi. i feel my nerves are weak. i'm 25 yrs old. My hands shake when i do some activities like when i take a tea cup my hands shake. When i'm drinking it slowly my hands shake. I feel very shy and afraid infront of everyone. I cant hold the pen and write normally as others do. I hold my pen very tight with my fingers and write. Then when i go in a bike, when i go in some speed i'm ok. I am 35 years hold and suffer from occassional acne and rosacea. I used Diprogenta, as I had developed contact dermatitis when I tried using tooth paste to cure a recent eruption I had. The spot cured and the inflammation went down completely. However, it has left a dark reddish spot on the face. Please advise. Usually, when I get an eruption and it cures, I don;t really get a dark mark, as the one that has developed. Should I continue usign diprogenta or fucidin. Is there an alternative? Please advise.

Hello, What you have sounds like Post Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation. This will gradually clear over the next few months.
