Your wife has taken excessive tablets of Fenak plus,Such high doses of anti inflammatory drugs causes excessive gastric acidity causing nausea and vomiting,no problems are expected unless she is having pre-existing liver disease.
Now to relieve her symptoms-
1)Give her pantoprazole 40 mg twice daily before breakfast and before dinner
2)if she has vomiting,then she automatically had gastric wash
3. Be careful to give her plenty of fluids to replace the lost fluids during vomiting.
