  Doctor's Answer

The Changes seen in your musculoskeletal system are age related symptoms, Cartilage are Outer lining of the bones which in your case as you say, its broken, please understand, Cartilage cannot be regrown naturally as other tissue in the body. The knee give out fast, because your whole body weight is been carried by the weak knees while you walk, this in turn could lead to impaired gait cycle which ultimately result in pain in ankle causing tendonitis. if you take proper medication / physical a ...

I was on thyronorm 100 mcg for 1.5 years and got tested for TSH, T3 & t4 with very normal values consistently twice tested in a period of 3 months. Can I stop the medication and maintain health through yoga and fitness or should I continue the medicine? Please help!

I can't prescribe any one without examination, and if you have some dandruff you ...

  Doctor's Answer

Hi, Occasional dead or dying sperm can be sen in even normal report, that does not suggest azospermia. There is a fixed ratio of normal motile sperm, dead dying or abnormal shaped non motile sperm so if your sperm count is more than 20 million and if more than 70 percent of them are mobile then you are ok.however normal count is 40 million. Take following steps for increasing count 1)have a good diet, including fresh fruits and vegetables 2)avoid wearing tight underwear 3)don't keep laptop on y ...

accidentally I consumed 20 tablets of thyronorm of 50mg, What could be possible effect of this?

  Doctor's Answer

Hi, You should have directly visited a hospital emergency and got your stomach washed so that drug could have been removed. Now its to late the drug would be absorbed partly and and would have gone ahead of stomach so no use. You can face symptoms like anxiety, chest pain, pounding heartbeat, tremor, shortness of breath, leg cramps, confusion, vomiting, diarrhea, or seizures. If you face any of these you should visit an emergency, however they would have come by now but still get a tsh done cause ...
