Yes you can get secondary lesions in bone from primary endometrial cancer.
The symptoms depend on the site and severity of the lesion. Generally patients present with pain that is continuous and relieved for short time with analgesics. Sometimes patient may not have any pain as such but may have pathological fracture after trivial fall.

Bone metastasis can be diagnosed with clinical examination and confirmed with imaging studies. Treatment includes radiotherapy to the painful / weight bearing sites and bone strengthening injections.
