Bilateral kidneys are echogenic with mild blurring of CMD,multiple scattered calcific foci bilaterally s/o CKD changes with medullary nephrocalcinosis in tha background.

I am feeling pain in the right knee joint. the pain is felt starting from lower back spine , then in right kneew joint, then in the muscles below the knee join and in the foot . Also on movement of the knee , bending or unfolding or folding, a sound like tuk is heard. I had an x-ray which is stating that possible loose calcific opacity in the joint. Please let me know is this is a serious problem, can this lead to arthritis or is this the start of the arthritis. Is there any permanenet treament to get rid of this and can this be permanently cured. I am very much worried about the problem, please help me on this. thanks.

I have done ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis and the report i got is LIVER,GALL BLADDER, PANCREAS, SPLEEN and UNRIARY BLADDR is normal. But KIDNEY : Right kidney : 70*32mm Left kidney : 79*35mm Both kidneys are decreased in size. Renal parenchymal echo texture increased in bilateral kidneys. Cortical indentations noted in bilateral kidneys. No calculi or hydronephrosis in either kidney. PROSTATE :: Size : 37*30*35mm (Volume-20 cc) Increased in size. Median lobe of prostate is enlarged. Can u tell me is it very serious now or in future ?

IT IS SHOWING INCREASED VASCULARITY ALONG THE PERIPHERY AND WITHIN THE PAPILLARY PROJECTIONS ON COLOUR DOPPLER ANALYSIS. LEFT OVARY IS NOT VISUALIZED SEPARATELY." Is it suggestive of Ovarian cancer or just an ovarian cyst? Rightnow I am taking homeopathy, and it seem to be working as earlier my cysts size was 210cc and now it is 160cc. My hands shake when i do some activities like when i take a tea cup my hands shake. When i'm drinking it slowly my hands shake. I feel very shy and afraid infront of everyone.
