You probably have a Dental Infection Foci in the mouth and that is the cause of trouble. A good dentist will be able to remove the dental phobia you have as dental treatments now are free of pain and discomfort.   Doctor's Answer

Hi, The history you have given to me suggests that she got fever and infection since 5 days or may be a little more which has also affected her kidneys as that shows albumin in urine. Tlc is not significant in kids, and exactly it can be told only by blood culture, but we can wait and see is she responding to drugs or not and if she does not respond then we can get a culture done. The blood indices should be done in more details so as to know the cause why rbc's are microcytic and hypochromic. A ...

I have a 22 month old daughter. She is having fever right now. Today's the first day. Fever is around 102 degrees. I have given her Sinarest paeditric drops 1.5ml. Is that the right dosage? Should I continue with that or should I shift to Calpol Paedritic drops (each ml contains Paracetamol IP 100 mg, colour - sunset yellow). What should be the dosage?

  Doctor's Answer

Thanks for your query Sinarest drops contain paracetamol for fever and phenylpropalamine for nasal decongestion. If your daughter is not having any nasal symptoms there is no need to give sinarest drops and these should be given only under medical supervision could be harmful.I suggest you to shift to calpol which is more safe for children.Dose is 15mg/kg.If your daughter is 15 kg u may give her 1.5 ml calpol drops every 6 hourly along with sponging with water at room temperature all over the b ...

  Doctor's Answer

Hi, Wysilone has no relation with leprosy and neither with pulmonary embolisam and neither with jaundice,at least t is not a part of normal regime. I am not sure why is wysolone started to your father, and it is a steroid and can't be started like this without knowing the reason it can have very severe adverse effects and can also increase the severity of your illness. ...

My 3 year old has bad hives. I believe they are hives like urticaria but he was diagnosed with eczema since he was 1 year old. Now hes over 3 1/2 and it has exploded covering 80% of his body like rashes, bumps, very dry skin. His skin on legs looks like a bad sunburn and regular baths are a nightmare as the water irritates him as well as ANY kind of moisturizer. He look away Lanoline from AMD and spent over $1k in lotions and stuff alone. Food allegies were done and low on corn, wheat, oranges, soy, and few other items. Just keeping him 100% in home with air conditioner set at 68 degrees with air purifier going, new blanket, strict diet IT DOES ZERO. Im so frustrated. He went from little manageable eczema to a full blown mess. Been to doctors so many times as well as dermatologist and allergist to no aval. Also had soft yellow stools for a long time. Any kind of pressure to face turns it to a red mess and with hot skin.
