Hi, Yes you can get pregnant by a very less amount of penile secretion also which many people don't even notice the secretions are so less.Even if penis is not fully inserted and only tip is there inside the vagina even then you can get pregnant and you did mention about some secretion coming out of penis which he cleaned in the end so you can't take a risk and it is good that you have taken an emergency contraceptive,i hope with in 72 hours. Dear doctors, I am a research scholar and working on signal transduction studies and regularly use several irritants and ion channel blockers. I am suffering from excess keratosis on palms and soles and some times deep painful fissures from almost two years. It was started as a small thickening patch an left arm and recovered after treatment with moisturizing creams. After that I went to Japan as part of my research programme and one nurse given me creams with anti-fungal compounds and urea but the problem was enhanced and started the deep fisures on my soles. I came back to India and used homeopathy medicine for one weak and after that i visited a doctor. He suggested me to apply lemon juice trice daily and use vitamin C along with high doses of antifungal tablets and creams. I used this medicine for 6 months which further worsen my situation and my skin became very thick and appeared like toe nails and spread-ed to all areas of palms and soles. I changed the doctor and he given me the isotretinol for 2 months and given vitamin A and D combination for 4 months which improved my condition alot. Hi. I had some burning sensation or nerve pain and shakiness in my hands and legs for about six months. Feeling difficulty while walking. Feeling imbalance between both legs (particularly left leg)while walking. Feeling burn sense or pain in nerves of hands and legs during penis erection. So i consulted a neurologist in Apollo Hospitals. I told everything to doctor. They done regular blood test. Then some test like keeping wires on my fingers and giving electric shock. Then they finally took my blood sample in fasting for Vitamin B12 test. After seeing the test reports doctor told me all reports are ok but Vitamin B12 is low and so you have all these symptoms. The report said 223 in my blood for vitamin B12. So he prescribed me some tablets(i.e. 1.Gabapentin, 2.Methico OD) and ReNerve Plus injection to have weekly twice. Doctor instructed to follow these medicines for 3 months. Now you please tell me 1) all these symptoms i feel are due to Vit.B12 deficiency? 2) I didnt tell doctor one point that i feel burning sense or pain in nerves of my hands and legs during penis erection. Coz this not only occurs during my penis erection, it occurs during non-erection time also. 3) Please tell me is it any other problem for these symptoms i feel during penis erection? Or is it due to Vit.B12 deficiency only?

Hi, Vitamin b 12 deficiency usually occurs in pure vegetarian people but can occur otherwise also. You are a little over anxious , and nothing necessary that if you have Vit b 12 deficiency then you will have problems in sex life or any. You can get semen analysis done , before getting semen analysis done don't masturbate for 4 days at least. Semen does not contain vit b12. Do you feel any burning in urine or any discharge ? Please provide all your reports along with urine routine and microsc ...

You are taking 2 blood thiners (antiplatelet medications) - As car and clopidogrel. After stunting you had to take both of them together for just a year, after 1 year just one of them is left in treatment plan-As car or clopidogrel. So, take just As car (75 mg after meal, x1 times a day) and cancel clopidogrel! It seems that your muscle pain and increased ALT, AST (SGPT) is the result of rozuvastatin therapy, you should decrease the dose-take 5-10 mg a day and after 3 months check your liver en ...

Hi, actually you have not only low platellet count but also anemia. Try to remember do you have sites of chronic blood loss ( bleeding gums or hemorroidal bleedind, etc), if not, its reasonable to do fecal occult blood test ( to reveal hidden blood in stool). Also perform abdominal echosonography. Liver enzym elevation is marginal for decision to decrease Rosuvastatine dose, I would advice not to decrease dose, but try to increase your physical activity and keep fasting glucose levels no more th ...
