42 yo female. I have an approx. pencil eraser sized lumped on my right tonsil that is flesh colored and in which I can see the veins in. There is a spot of white on the front of the lump I'm thinking could be bacteria. My concern with the lump is that it appears more as a hemroid would, a lump pushed through the skin wall, not as a lump sitting on the skin wall. I have used a q-tip to investigate the lump with no change. It is near the top of the side of my throat above the tonsil where the throat is starting to curve up. It is smooth all around this spot with only this lump coming down from the wall of my throat there, and the flesh color and veins match that of the smooth skin surrounding it.

Hi, Try not to worry too much. There are many conditions associated with bulging neck veins, enlarged or swollen glands & lump or bulge. Tell us if you have history of smoking in past, sudden weight loss, bad breath, sore throat, hoarseness,fever or pain during swallowing. I had a skin extension in my underarm, which has grown up too big and causing incovenience now, I was thinking its because of weight variations, but, now even though no issue with my body size oncrease, this extension , I am feeling is causing problem

Hi, Usually the skin tags are not huge enough to cause distressing symptoms. It could be gland swelling but it needs to be examined which gland it is and treated accordingly as there might be some glands which can be removed without causing much discomfort to you however in others only some part can be removed. Hello Doctor this is Emmanuel Nice to hear from you, actually my skin is not extremely very dark but compared to a 'White skin' it is, I'm not very pinkish, but I'm fairer than the other dark people. If I come under bright lights I look fair I don't know what medicine changed my skin colour as I'm not good at medicine. My toes, feet, neck, Hands and other private parts like me penis are also dark, I've tried the Vitamin C Calamine lotion Multani mitti allovera face wash drank water used sunscreens accordingly these only work to certain extent and I feel these are meant for people who are looking to improve their complexion and not to restore the original skin colour. I actually look like a South Asain. It took some time may be about a month my complexion became dark. Hi Emmanuel, Thank you for the photographs. The areas you mention - hands, feet, penis and scrotum are naturally darker than the rest of the body. The reasons for this are different. The penis and scrotum are darker because they have a very rich blood supply and this makes the skin darker. No treatment is required or indeed effective here. My 3 year old has bad hives. I believe they are hives like urticaria but he was diagnosed with eczema since he was 1 year old. Now hes over 3 1/2 and it has exploded covering 80% of his body like rashes, bumps, very dry skin. His skin on legs looks like a bad sunburn and regular baths are a nightmare as the water irritates him as well as ANY kind of moisturizer. He look away Lanoline from AMD and spent over $1k in lotions and stuff alone. Food allegies were done and low on corn, wheat, oranges, soy, and few other items. Just keeping him 100% in home with air conditioner set at 68 degrees with air purifier going, new blanket, strict diet IT DOES ZERO. Im so frustrated. He went from little manageable eczema to a full blown mess. Been to doctors so many times as well as dermatologist and allergist to no aval. Also had soft yellow stools for a long time. Any kind of pressure to face turns it to a red mess and with hot skin.

sir i had dermaroller done for chickenpox scars under my eye area using a .5mm roller... the skin peeled off after 8 days and the new skin was pink ....however as days passed the skin got a bit red and black(pigmentation i think)....now the doctor has told me to use MELAS SKIN CREAM at night and use vaseline lotion in the morning....will it help sir...plzz tell..........

i have normal skin(T zone oily) I am suffering from severe whiteheads and acne on my face . i have consulted few dermatologists but it barely gave me any good results. as per as the doctors prescription i have been using 1.azithromtcin azifem 500- tablets 2.adalene nano gel 3.D derclean hydro gel cleanser but it gave me no results at all. i want to have a clear and glowing skin alike yours. earlier it was nice but on the usage of kaya skin regime i ended up paying so badly for my skin. on sun explosion my skin gets worse. i expect your help to get rid of of my problems. also suggest a sun screen.

Brevoxyl Creamy Face Wash is my preferred brand. Epiduo or Deriva-BPO are good brands for the night gel and Aziderm 10% cream a good brand for the day cream. Rivela SPF 50 for normal skin and Sungrace Total SPF 30 for oily skin are good sunscreens. Sir , I am 22 years old with brownish skin tone and oily skin.when i was 15 years old(7 Years back) i had chicken pox which resulted in scars on my face but i am not able to concentrate due to studies and later used to have frequent acne and pimple problems in which few are cystic.Now i have lot of scars and pit hole on my face .Kindly prefer some scar gels or cream which is good for my skin tone and any latest treatments possible.
