Dear Mansoor! As you have oily skin, creams should not be used because they further blocks the openings of oil glands.this leads to oil to stagnate beneath the skin .so pimples do not go.So it is always better not to use any kind of creams. In order to get rid of this problem follow my suggestions mentioned here. My face, neck and arms are pigmented since the last two years I consulted many doctors but the real problem with my skin has been detected recently. The doctors say that it is the LPP skin problem and they have tested eleven allergy patches on my skin but the skin wasn't allergic to any of them. I have tried using a number of skin whitening creams and medicines but none of them has had a positive result on my skin. Please prescribe the best treatment for my skin.

Body Pigmentation is very easy to treat. While topical creams with alpha hydroxyl acids or topical retinoids are important to start the process and prime the skin, treatments such as metabolic peels, Diamond Microdermabrasion and lasers like QHarmony or Renew are ideal for eradicating it entirely. But if it has been suggested that you have LPP, its best if you consult a dermatologist who can guide you and star ...

Plz suggest me good facewash n medicated serum nd night cream for my oily acne skin and for skin rejuvenation. Thanks

Dear Sheenu, with oily and acne prone skin, you should be using a face wash containing salicylic acid in it at least twice a day. For a sunscreen, look for gel based applications like Suncote gel, sunprotek or Zscreen that will protect you while not making your skin greasy. Make sure you apply a large amount (at least 2 tablespoons) whether you are indoors or outdoors at least twice a day. For hyperpigmentation, you should consider lasers like Renew Plus or Renew for skin toning that will gent ...

Hello sir. I want to use safriderm skin cream for brighter skin. My skin is oily and i have pimples and acne scars on my face. Can i use this cream? or any other cream u suggest for brighter skin and for acne scars?

Hello, so I assume you mean sofradex cream - I would not recommend this as this is a topical steroid. Topical steroids will typically worsen your skin by increasing acne and thinning it while making it more sensitive. Additionally, there is no cream that can remove acne scars. However, you can use a cream containing retinol to improve them slightly. It will also give your skin a bit of a glow over time. ...
