Hi sir my name is mansoor from allahabad.. My skin is oily..there is lot of piples in my skin and my skin is dark..pls sugest me any best ayurvedic cream so that i can get a fair complexion and my also treatment for my pipmple i m so sad i hve used many cream bt no result...:(

PAST HISTORY : I have used sugandha vad nikhar cream,me glow fairness lotion,aroma chandnadi clack,and many more..:(

Dear Mansoor! As you have oily skin, creams should not be used because they further blocks the openings of oil glands.this leads to oil to stagnate beneath the skin .so pimples do not go.So it is always better not to use any kind of creams.In order to get rid of this problem follow my suggestions mentioned here.
Take steam with powders of tulasi,neem,turmeric one TSP each.Do every alternate day.In addition to this take Lodhra and Raktachandan powders mix in equal ratio then, make a paste out of this by adding adequate water.Then apply all over face.Keep this pack till get dry then wash.

when my baby is born she is so fair and pink ..after two day her face and body look radish ,after 4/5 days she look darker . lots of people said donâ€™t worry baby color will change after some month .i donâ€™t know but her complexion looks dull now .my husband have fair complexion and myself fair. Hello Doctor this is Emmanuel Nice to hear from you, actually my skin is not extremely very dark but compared to a 'White skin' it is, I'm not very pinkish, but I'm fairer than the other dark people. If I come under bright lights I look fair I don't know what medicine changed my skin colour as I'm not good at medicine. My toes, feet, neck, Hands and other private parts like me penis are also dark, I've tried the Vitamin C Calamine lotion Multani mitti allovera face wash drank water used sunscreens accordingly these only work to certain extent and I feel these are meant for people who are looking to improve their complexion and not to restore the original skin colour. I actually look like a South Asain. It took some time may be about a month my complexion became dark. Hi Emmanuel, Thank you for the photographs. The areas you mention - hands, feet, penis and scrotum are naturally darker than the rest of the body. The reasons for this are different. The penis and scrotum are darker because they have a very rich blood supply and this makes the skin darker. No treatment is required or indeed effective here. Hi... I am Supriya. I have been married for 7 yrs from now and I am suffering with infertility problem. In the 1st yr of our wedding I have went for termination twice since i was looking for job and we were not in planning.:( :( :( . I am undergoing treatment from past 5 yrs and everything was fine as per doctors. Just 1 yr back I gottu know that my right tube has partially blocked due to infection and I have developed TB for Fallopian tubes. Hi Supriya!! TB of the fallopian tubes can lead to infertilty as the tubes get blocked.In your case the TB of the tubes,is probably the most important cause of the infertilty. If tb has been confirmed like you say,my advice would be that you take complete treatment for tuberculosis.The complete treatment would be allopathic treament which can range from 6-9 mths depending upon the extent of disease.As far as my knowledge goes, I am not aware of any ayurvedic/homeopathic treatment for TB. ...
