i am 18 years old & have irregular periods . generally it is missed by 1 month. i have this problem since lats 2 yrs . i had been through thyroid test too but report is normal . i am on ayurvedic medication . i am taking dashmularisht & rajpravartani vati 2 times a day.. please suggest me what should i do which precautions should i take & which exercises to perform. will i have any pregnancy problem in future with irregular periods ?

I was suffering from pcos problem, im married 3years back... consulted doctor 5 months back and she suggested me tablets Folivite MB 1daily, Obimet 2daily, CCQ 100mg for 3rd to 7th day of my periods, Evatone for 1st to 14th day of my periods, Duphaston for 16th to 25th day of my periods.. Can u tell me the uses of this tablets.. My periods are also normal for past 4 months after taking tablets, can i get pregnant with this tablets??

I was taking yasmin tablets since 10 months for regular menstrual cycle & nacfil forte sachet since 6 months. Yuo most likely missed the period because of pcos. As u r suffering from pcos and married trying to conceive: two most important things to be kept in mind. 1. I am detected with PCODs after 7 months of my marriage. I am now 26years old and got married 1.4 years ago. I am unable to conceive due to PCODs as per my gynocologist. She firstly prescribed me 1.CYSTA Rx, 2. forte tablets, with weight reduction suggestion. after 3 months in USG i got free from PCODs and i was prescribed 1.Duphaston 10mg tablets, 2. follic acid tab and calcium tab, after 2 months again I missed my periods and detected with PCODs again. Doctor prescribed 1.MYOCYST, 2.OSTOCALCIUM TAB but my periods delayed more than 2 months. Now as per my doctor, I am overweight and cant conceive till reducing weight fom 63kg to 55 minimum. Hi there. I agree with the medicines that your doctor gave you. Unfortunately, once you have PCOD, you already have PCOD for life. But it doesn’t mean that you can’t get pregnant. I have missed my periods for 2months n pregnancy test is also negative.. my gynace told me to take gynaset tablet to get my periods but there are no sign yet It's been 5 days now after i took d tablet.n now am feeling sick like vomiting...
