I am looking for a diet and lifestyle consultation using Ayurveda or Indian natural food instead of the artificial protein based diets. This is for weight/inch loss as I am obese. I have chronic back pain and started minor knee pain and recommendation is to loose weight. I have been using folitrax for 7 years now for treating rheumatoid arthritis. I dont see any side effects. But is it good to continue folitrax for so long.
