hello , i am having frequent hair fall and my hair circumference is reducing and getting thin . so i need to consult a physician , prescribing me androanagen tabs. i am suffering from hypothyroism . i am taking 75 mg of thyronorm daily empty stomach. what would you suggest me?

I am having a lump of width 1.5-2 cm attached to my left testicle at the upper part of the testicle since 10//11 years. I recently had a period that started very light and evened out to a normal flow by the end but i experienced no usually period cramps, headaches, pain and what not.
