I have a growning Boil on my groin about an inch superior and slghltly left lateral of my penis. It is nearly the size. I was cleaing the area and dressing it and noticed my penis was swelling and getting redish. Should I head to the ER or go to a walk in clinic tomorrow?

1)near complete proximal anterior cruciate ligament tear is seen. 2)grade 2 medial collateral ligament sprain is noted 3)undisplaced longitudinal tear of the posterior horn of the medial meniscus is noted 4)contusion of the posterolateral tibial plateau is noted 5)contusion changes are noted around the popliteus tendon and posterolateral join capsule 6)moderate to large joint effusion is noted 7)the lateral meniscus appears normal in configuration and signal intensities 8)posterior cruciate ligament appears normal in course, calibre,signal intensities and bony attachments. This is my husband's MRI scan reports. We are not able to understand the severeness of the injury. Pls suggest a suitable remedy

From the report I can understand that the scan was done immediately after injury. It appears that the ligament is torn which might need surgery. But the patient needs to be seen first. I had an angioplasty and stent, two months ago to treat ACS lateral wall STEMI. Hi, till now indications for EECP treatment are physical activity limiting angina, on maximal angina relieving treatment and when there is no any other way for revascularization, ie improve heart blood supply. If your quality of life worsening cause is not angina but heart failure symptomes- shortness of breath because heart pumping function is decreased, the use of EECP hasen't yet much approved, data are controversal.
