my age is 58 years residing at calcutta. when i was returning by train On 13.2.13 a copassanger fall down on my knee by slipping from upper berth. i sustained injury on my legament of left knee. after MRI it is revieled that bone bruise is seen in upper end of tibia and patella with tear of anterior cruciate ligament, medial colleral ligament and posterior horn of medial meniscus. Effussion is seen.changes of chondromalacia patella also present.now leg is bending 90 degree after wax bath and IFT .need surgery or automatically will cure please your valuable opinion? pls. advise regarding disadvantages of arthroscopy....will it stop fluid collection in the knee after the anticipated debriis are removed...this is for my staff who is abt 40 yrs and possibly had a silent injury 2 months back.....mri today indicated minor damage to meniscuss.... was in complete cast for abut 20 days.....fluid was removed 20 days back...which reappeared after 6 days...presently having some fluid but no pain... pls. advise if arthroscopy will help.....or any alternate therapy... regds randeep singh

I have some internal puss formation on my inner thigh area at the junction with the testicle balls. This may have been due to bacteria due to V-shaped underwears. I applied Quadriderm lotion but not to much use. Pleae suggest some capsules or tablets for the same. There is no external visibility of red sign or blister on the pus, just accumulation beneath the skin.

I am 27 years old unmarried. Three years ago I was diagnosed with cysts in my ovaries and surgery (Laporatomy) was done. I have lost my right ovary with it (oopherectomy) and cyst was removed from left ovary (cystectomy). But again cyst in left ovary is seen in Ultrasound, it say " LEFT ADENEXA SHOWS A WELL CIRCUMSCRIBED IRREGULARLY MARGINATED THICK WALLED MULTI SEPTED CYSTIC LESION [MEASURES 88 X 61 X 58 mm, VOL=160CC], SHOWING DISTAL ACOUSTIC ENHANCEMENT CONTAINING LOW LEVEL ECHOGENIC INTERNAL ECHOES WITH ECHOGENIC SOLID PAPPILLARY PROJECTIONS [MEASURES APPROX : 20X 17MM, 17X13MM]. IT IS SHOWING INCREASED VASCULARITY ALONG THE PERIPHERY AND WITHIN THE PAPILLARY PROJECTIONS ON COLOUR DOPPLER ANALYSIS. LEFT OVARY IS NOT VISUALIZED SEPARATELY." Is it suggestive of Ovarian cancer or just an ovarian cyst? Rightnow I am taking homeopathy, and it seem to be working as earlier my cysts size was 210cc and now it is 160cc. MY SONS FATHER HAS BECOME NOTICABLY AGGRESSIVE TO OUR 5YR OLD SON. WHILE I WAS WOKING ONE DAY , I CAME HOME TO FIND MY SON ACTING WEARY AND SHY. SO I ASKED HIM WHATS UP. HES CRYING AND SAID HIS FRONT TOOTH HURT REAL BAD! I INSTANTLY NOTICED THAT THE INJURIED TOOTH WAS PUSH OUT ALMOST A 1CENTIMETER DIFFRENT THAN THE OTHER TOOTH. WE TURNED TO GO WASH IT UP TO MAKE IT BETTER AND WHEN HE TURNED AROUND TO WALK I PLACED MY HAND GENTLY ON THE BACK OF HIS HEAD, HE WINCED AWAY AND I IMMIDIATLY REALIZED THAT HE ALSO HAD A SEVERE LUMP. AS THE HRS WENT ON HE DEFINETLY SHOWED SIGHNS OF A CONCUSSION :( I HONESTLY BELIEVE THAT THE ONLY WAY THIS DOUBLE OPPISITE INJURY COULD OCCUR W FORCE FROM HIS FATHERS TEMPER.
