Sir/Madam, I'm 37 years old and suffer from very heavy menstrual bleeding. My blood tests and ultrasound are normal. I have this tendency since menarche, but it was manageable for a few years when I took OC's under doctor's advise. Now I don't use OC's and want to start Ashokarishta. Please advise on the dosage and for how long should I take it? Also, is it to be continued during periods also?
