Hardness in lower abdomen 7 10 days before period

My wife had a HSG Test done w/ x-rays 4 days ago. Last night she was complaining about a sharp pain in the lower left quadrant of her lower abdomen. She said it was very painful and was not going away or becoming less intense. By the time for today came, she was complaining about the pain, it being 5/5 at times. She described this pain as a sharp stabbing constant pain. However, now the pain is radiating around the lower left of her abdomen to her lower left back. The area is very tender and the pain spikes even when slightly pushed on in both the areas, abdomen and lower back. Is this a common side-effect of having the HSG Test? Especially if both of her tubes are blocked and she has been diagnosed with Endometriosis. Please help me figure this out so I know whether or not she needs to be seen at a hospital.

Hi, By telling that she also has fever,one thing is confirmed that she has an infection. Now if she has problem in her micturition too then either the infection is in her urinary tract or the pelvis which will have to be seen first and then an antibiotic can be started. Hi!! The pain after getting an HSG test done,will not come after 4-5 days as you have described,rather this pain is probably due to other causes. Pain due to endometriosis is present more just before the onset of menses and during menses. Kindly review with your nearest hospital about the cause of the pain which may be due to renal colic ,ureteric colic,etc ...

SIR, LAST LOWER JAW TOOTH HAS BROKEN BUT NO PAIN. THERE IS BIG CAVITY. AND THE LAST BUT BEFORE IS SLIGHTLY BROKEN IN THE LOWER RIGHT JAW. AND THERE IS PAIN IN IT. I SAW A LOCAL DOCTOR HE SUGGESTED ME TO MAKE AN X-RAY OF THE SAME. IS IT NECESSARY TO MAKE THE X-RAY. AND IF I DO NOT PLUCK THE TWO TEETH - SHOULD IT AFFECT IN FUTURE?

Ok, I believe I have read or am understanding from reading on the internet that 3 days after a right femur angiogram that it is possibly a subcuteneous hematoma. See 3 days after my angiogram my right testcle is very tender and sore and the area from the testicle to slighly lower the angiogram injection site. I have a little bruising on the lower part of my penis to the right part of the scrotum. Could this be a hematoma or just accidental damage due to the 30 min press they use after tge surgery to make aure the femur doesnt bleed? This evening i also got a tight constricting feeling on my left femur artery in my left thigh. I have been recently diagnoised with heart failure and no blockage, but with an ef of 12%. I'm a 45 year old male. I need to make a follow up appt anyway so i guess tomorrow I will do that and discuss my syptoms to my Cardiologist. Thanks Craig

My appendix ruptured 4 days before I went into the hospital for any treatment. Obviously at the time I was very unaware of what it was until after being diagnosed through a very rapid volly of tests and scans, which within hours resulted into surgery. I thought I pulled a muscle or broke/chipped a rib. After I woke from survey the doctor explained my appendix did rupture but luckily, and she quoted to "luckily" in the "chances of winning the lottery" way. she went on to explain that it looked like it ruptured days ago.(I went 4 days of same intense pain levels). She said where it ruptured was "luckily" so close to my colon that the poisonous puss acualy fused my ruptured appendix to the side of my colon which resulted in a, and again I quote, "a miracle bandage", that somewhat sealed most of the deadly toxins that surely would of.."should of" killed me within hours, a few days at best, without immediate care and heavy antibiotics. It was so bad she had to remove part of my colon and needed to make 2 separate incisions. I lay here now after a 2 day after care stay, at my home, with a long drain tube still attached and sucking poison out, a bottle of pain meds which I won't take and refused before surgery also, and a huge bottle of strongest antibiotics prescribable that I must take for at minimum 14 days. I'm a single full time father of 3 girls, twins(almost 14) and a 10yr old. We have no other family, they are what I live for, my strength, my joy, my pride and I litteraly thank god every night for allowing me to care, provide, and have another day together. I never thought I could be more grateful for each day given my past I didn't deserve it. my question is simply this, and thank you for reading, Was I really that close to death? Or is my doctor trumping it up so I'm more conscious about seeing my doc more than once every 5-7 years if that? I will start regular check ups and won't tuff things out to much as a result..BUT COULD I HAVE DIED THAT FAST? THAT EASILY?? please be straight up..no bs..no need to be drawn out.. Period has been off cycle the past few months, it came after 38 days. Before my period came, I had thicker grey/white discharge than normal with no odor and did not look like cottage cheese. It did not itch. It seemed normal, just more than usual. I then had a normal menses. I decided to start Lo Loestrin birth control on day 3 of my menses. During the last day of my menses (day 4/5) when the blood was lighter/brown, I started having intense itching especially after urinating and wiping. I just assumed it was from using a new type of pad and possibly due to hormonal changes because of the birth control. I also felt like my vagina was more dry than usual. The itching became less intense but I still felt more dry than usual. I had sexual intercourse a few days later and he caused a tear. I then noticed hours later that on my labia minora an ulcer had developed. It basically looks like the same type of canker sore you get in your mouth. My vagina is still quite dry. It burns when I pee and the sore is uncomfortable. I also have a tear at my vaginal opening. I don't think it is herpes. There was no pustules or groups of pustules. There is no scabbing. There are no other ulcers. I have never had herpes before. I have never had a sore like this before. I was fully tested one year ago for all STDs and HIV and came back negative. I'm just not sure what to do. I'm assuming I have to go get tested again just to make sure, but unfortunately I do not have insurance and most free clinics only check for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, and HIV. Hoping to get an idea of what I should do. Also, hoping for some differentials.

Endometrial Hysteroscopy Patient Dear Sir, With reference to the above mentioned subject I want to inform you that I was undergone an operation of Endometrium Hysteroscopy on 24th July 2014 and admitted in Nursing Home for 2 days. Hello sir, I have one mass in my scrotum linked to right testicle from last 17 to 18 years....initially it was painless. Now a days I am doing some heavy lifting business so due to weight it is directly pressurizes on that mass bcoz of which it is now pain so much...
