uterus anteverted bulky in size and shows a well defined gestation sac in the fundic region of the uterus. mean sac diameter measure 1.05 cms corresponding to 6 weeks fetal node and yolk sac are not visualized, but in the early scan report they have state that only fatel node is not visible, yolk sac is normal, doctor is suggesting to go for cancellation pregnancy... plz suggest as this my first pregnancy..

Before two yes I was diagnosed by pcos.it will occur after taking fertyle without USG by one gyny. After that it was treated in homeopathy usg shows no pcos but after taking fertyle I have severe pain still today but intensity reduced as the time goes.it starts on 5th day.other gyny done follicular monitoring,hsg test is OK.in follicular Mon on cycle with clomephene but no result.from last four month I m taking no medicine except m2 tone. I am 7 weeks and 2 days. My hgc rose, dropped and slightly rose again. I had an u/s today and it appears my sac is collapsing. There was a yolk sac and fetal pole but no heartbeat. I'm sure I am miscarrying but I don't know what a collapsed sac means or what could have caused it? With my daughter I had a vanishing twin and couldn't see her heartbeat until 8&1/2 weeks. I'm just curious if thia pregnancy is infact not viable. I've had no symptoms of a miscarriage and still feel pregnant. My cervix is closed and the sac is not headed towards my cervix. I don't know what is going on.

Hello Sir,My father is now 72 yrs. of age.He is on 'Olmesartan medoxomil40mg' in morning and 'Metoprolol Succinate 25 mg' with 'Amlodipine 2.5 mg' in a combination in the evening for the last 3+ yrs.,and his hypertension was in control (avg. 130/85). Previously he was on only on 'Amlodipine besylate 5 mg' once a day for the last 10+ yrs.( before he started the above-mentioned medication 3 yrs. back as per his doctor's advise but when the peripheral edema and a little-bit face swelling started,and the B.P could not controlled with plain Amlodipine 5 mg,doctor advised the above-mentioned medication after closely monitoring ECG and related tests).Till last six month the B.P was in control(avg. 135/82)without any remarkable side effect except 'back of palm' & 'foot skin rash' which he had for more than last 10+ yrs. and being treated separately with skin cream (clobetasol,miconazole,gentamycin combination in S.O.S-basis with citicoline skin cream when it is too necessary to moist the skin)- but suddenly the B.P is constant on an avg. 145/92 without any major health related complain from patient except sudden-started oedema in left foot skin and left tibea-febula skin for the last 10 days,and the doctor is now suddenly not willing to further new prescription and advised 2nd consultation with another doctor.Now I'm worried what to do exactly,last 3 days I tried only Amlodipine 5 mg in evening and olmesartan 40 mg in morning and B.P is now 140/82 in an avg. for the last 3 days.Please advise me what should I do now?
