Test results from my TTE: Height 67 inches -- weight 192lb-- BSA 1.99m2-- BMI--30.07--HR 43bpm. Left ventricle-Normal left ventricle structure & function. Pseudonormal filling pattern noted. Right ventricle-Normal structure and function. Left Atrium- Borderline dilated left atrium. Right Atrium-Normal Aortic Valve-Normal aortic valve structure and function. Aortic sclerosis. Mitral Valve-Normal mitral valve structure & function. Mitral annular calcification is present. Trace mitral regurgitation is present. Please explain these and should I be worried? Thanks SOOoo Much

kindly mention the Ejection fraction too if it is normal then echo results are age related not to b worried about, however BMI is overweight need to take care of weight, and heart rate is below normal, which may require an holter and EP study, ...

Hello sir... My brother is suffering from Chronic Pancreatitis since last 4 years. He is pure vegetarian, neither he smoke nor he drinks.. even he do not drink tea.. He suffers from abdominal pain with repeated episodes for every 10-20 days. Ercp test done where pancreatic duct was not dilated or doctors said it is too narrow to put a stend in it.jaipu All medical tests and treatment are for managing the pain only, and he is not getting any treatment towards cure. Today, again abdominal pain arises and some blood test done. In today's report, SGOT 47.74 and SGPT 81.33 comes which makes me worry seriously. Serum creatine also came at 1.63. Please suggest whether my brothers illness is moving to lever also..?? Or what should I do.? I am ready to take every possible treatment. Please suggest..!!!ðŸ™

I am 56 yr old and patient of hypertension since 2005. I am feeling trouble in riding even 15-20 upstairs as I breath very fast while doing so. My B. P. also shows erratic ups and down. On the suggestion of my personal physician I contacted APOLLO HOSPITAL, BILASPUR. Doctors there found that I could hardly pass second stage of TMT. The report of 2-D dopler heart test shows (i) Grade -I LV dysfunctional and (ii) normal LV cystolic function - LVEF 60%. They have suspected blockage in heart vessels and suggested coronary angiography. I would like your suggestion in this regard. Please tell me and oblige
