SIR, LAST LOWER JAW TOOTH HAS BROKEN BUT NO PAIN. THERE IS BIG CAVITY. AND THE LAST BUT BEFORE IS SLIGHTLY BROKEN IN THE LOWER RIGHT JAW. AND THERE IS PAIN IN IT. I SAW A LOCAL DOCTOR HE SUGGESTED ME TO MAKE AN X-RAY OF THE SAME. IS IT NECESSARY TO MAKE THE X-RAY. AND IF I DO NOT PLUCK THE TWO TEETH - SHOULD IT AFFECT IN FUTURE?

hello, i have cough and running nose from 2 days and some tooth aches from couple of weaks... i went to local medical store and i toled my problem he suggested me almox 500.. i brought it.. should i take these capsule . he suggested me take 1 capsule in morning and 1 capsule in the night..? what should i do ?

First of all you should visit to your Family Physician for your running nose and cough and also to a Dentist for tooth ache, instead of a medical store. Although Almox is not a complete answer for your problem; Medicine and its doses depends on the severity of your problem and the line of treatment decided by your Doctor. Hi!! Meprate ( medroxyprogesterome acetate) is safe if taken accidentally in pregnancy.It is norethindrone( norethisterone ) that has harmful effects of genital organs of the female fetus. Hi, its my 34th week of pregnancy, I've been diagnosed with gestational diabetics and i am taking insulin everyday. right now my baby is weighing nearer to 2.6 kg and my Doc is suggesting delivery in the next week itself, due to the complications and since there is a single loop of cord around my baby's neck, can i get a suggestion regarding this, shall i go with what my Doc says?

Usually in gestational diabetes if sugars are well controlled on insulin,I would suggest delivery by induction of labour between 37-38 weeks of pregnancy.Also,there should be no other complications in the pregnancy.Trial of labour is recommended if no associated complications and even if single loop of cord is present around the fetal neck. 1. My grand daughter 2 yrs of age having severe lose motion or diarrhea for the last 4 days and passing watery yellowish stool every 5 to 10 minutes. Had slight temperature max 101.5 Deg F, for the first two days. Now there is no temperature. 2. She is being hydrated and has been passing urine occasionally. She is 11kg by weight. 3. Urine and stool tests have been carried out. There is no infection. 4. Urine : Albumin- Trace, Ketone Bodies-Present +, Red Bllod Cells-Absent, Puss Cell-4-5/HPF, Epithelial Cells-2-3/HPF 5. Stool: reducing substances- Present +, Puss cells â€“ 2-3/HPF, Epithelial cells-Occasional. (Oval Cysts not seen) 6. Local doctor says she will be all right but her watery stool continues unabated and we are extremely worried. She is losing her body weight and becoming cranky. Her skin around anus has become swollen & reddish. 7. She has been put on liquid O2 Suspension from today (Ofloxacin and Orindazole) 8. Please let us know: a. How can we stop the lose motion of such high frequency. b. Is O2 has some side effect? Do you suggest any other medicine c. Is it normal that such watery stool can continue for such log time? d.
