I am 19 weeks pregnant. can I use candiderma plus cream for vaginal itching . can cefixime (zeeoxime 200) be used to treat the same. if not what should be used

Hi, We normally avoid giving any antibiotic during pregnancy and shouls be avoided un till very necessary. A litlle vaginal discharge is normal during pregnancy and considered as normal. Do you have any redness in vaginal area ? Do you have white vaginal discharge,if yes is it thick like a curd or thin like water ? Does your discharge have any smell ? Do you have any fever ? Sir I m having typhoid fever from last one month. My widal test came negative so doctor gave me tab cefixime bd and tab pcm tds but after five days I found no cure and fever got raised. Then I got tested again and my typhidot igm was positive and malaria dengue and typhidot igG were negative so doctor started cepodem AZ bd and calpol 650tds and again after 5 days there was no change ,condition got more worse as I was unable to swallow anything. Then doctor advised me inj.monocef 2 gm bd for 7 days.these days m taking this treatment at home. Condition has little improved but still I got fever once a day. Today is the second day of start of inj monocef. I want to ask u Is the dose is fine?? (it seems too high to me) Should I take it for 5 days or 7 days?? Is it fine to take the treatment on opd basis or I should get admit?? Is this much high dose will effect my kidneys as well and what blood tests should I get done now ??
