3 years ago i had pain with swallowing, nause ,burning pain and i was diagnosed as GERD. i treated with naxium 40mg , fluxopride tabelts for 8 weeeks. my burnibg sensation&nausea dissappear but my pain with swallowing still&i have a pain in my ear like inner otitis media ...3 months ago i had upper GIT endoscopy ,it show that i had an upper esophgeal ulcer just below hypopharnex and a mass about 3 cm in lenghth..pathology of biopsy ,Erosive esophgitis,marked inflammatory activity associated with mucosal keratosis and basal dysplasia...i need your opinion please Asked by:- nesreen 1 day ago

Thanks for your query. Esophageal ulcer with a mass is an alarming sign. It may be a malignant ulcer. I suggest you to review the histopathology slide from a different pathologist and get a second opinion. Thanks. ...

Contraindicated! Pacemaker controls heart rate and rhythm, does whatever it can do to keep regular, normal heartbeat. 22 yr old male , student. I have musular pain and weakness since 7 years started around lower back and and neck region for episodes of 5-10 minutes then it gradually increased to full body over 2-3 years. Have anxiety , stress, severe insomnia and headache from 4 years. Also have tremor and dropping of eye lids for around 2-3 years. Have problem waking up in morning sometimes as I feel no energy to do so. Speech is very slow and dull. Sympotms relieved by proper sleep and repetead movement of the painful area. Does not respond to supplements and improvement in all symptoms from benzodiazapenes etc. And heat therapy , ultrasound massage therapy but it stops responding after 2-3weeks or goes back to normal after stopping the treatment. Muscles affected are which are excessively used like eyelid and back shoulder and quadriceps and gastrocnemius shows fatigue. No family history or any systemic disorder. No history of alcoholism or drug abuse. I suspect muscular pathology, some type of myopathy maybe. Have consulted with various doctors multiple times but unable to identify cause only provisional treatment. Suggest what should I do.which investigations should I go for.

hello doctor i am helen mariquit i have difficulty of breathing, heart pain, back pain . and acording to x-ray i have para cardiac pnemonnia. the doctor gave me antibiotic and ambrosol for 7days but no effect still i have the pain and difficulty of breathing, so i refer to other doctor but she gave me pain releaver but still i have the pain. please help me what shall i do . thank you very much.

My father is 62 years old. 6 days ago he got a cardiac arrest & water in the lung with respiratory distress. As per doctors reoprt, pulse 148 b/min, BP 200/110 mm of Hg, heart: NAD, Lungs: Creps(+) Earlier he got a mild heart attack on 2006 & found 3 artery blockage up to 50%.
