I have CAD and type 2 diabetes am age 70 male about 50 lbs overweight with 3 endeaver stents in right coronary artery and 1 in the left cecending artery. Got some chest pains last night after dancing for about 5 minutes to some fast music. I sat down and my felt I wanted to vomit and there was a STRONG taste of salt in my mouth. It went away after about 5 minutes including the chest pain which was like a bit of a squeeze. The salty tast in mouth....what is that?

Following is the report of angiogram. Please give us your opinion. Coronary Angiogram Route : Right radial route Hardvvares : SF Tiger catheter Contrast : Iohexol CAG report: LMCA: Normal. LAD : Type III vessel. Ostio proximal LAD shows 70, lesion. Mid LAD shows normal. Distal LAD shows diffusely diseased. Diagonal branches shows thin vessel with mild disease. LCX : Dominant vessel. Proximal segment shows mild disease. Mid segment shows 70% long lesion, and after major OM shows 80% lesion. Major Om shows mild disease. PDA shows normal. RCA : Non-dominant with thin vessel. Mild disease. Im ression: CAD /Acute IWMI Two vessel disease. PLAN: PTCA to LCX ( Culprit Artery) PTCA to LAD later
