Hello sir, I had a acute pancreas attack near about 4 months back and getting treated at Aig, Hyderabad.
Now I am fine, now doctor has prescribed Antoxid medicine only for Two months and Stanlip medicine for lowering Cholesterol level which has increased.
Total cholesterol 264mg/dl
Hdl 26mg/dl
Direct Ldl 40mg/dl
Serum Triglyceride 1240mg/dl
I am non alcoholic and non smoker and non diabetes,Blood pressure is also normal
Can u suggest anything else for lowering cholesterol levels.

I wanted to check your BMI which is fine , is there any family history of some illness ?
if yes you should take more care of your self keeping all the test with in normal limits.
even if no that doesnt mean that any thing cant happen , as indians our genes and our daily routine is a little prone for diabetes and raised cholesterol , so nothing we can do with that just follow a good schedule to improve cholesterol levels.
So nothing else needed right now just follow the above advice ...
