i want to know is surgery the only way to prevent a cystic fluid in parotid to comeback.even if it is benign cyst.

repeated aspirations and refiling of the cyst needs surgery undoubtedly. even though its benign

Is the Cyst too big? what does USG show? is repeated aspirations being done? what treatment has been taken till date?
Surgery for parotid is quiet safe now a days and if the cyst is bothering you too much it should be done

im afraid of an operation..thats why im asking for any possible option..

Better Go for Surgery, a cyst has to be removed in toto otherwise it will recur .
