Root Canal treatment is almost painless in most of the dental clinics in India. It is usually done in a single sitting instead of repeated visits. The use of Rotary & Microscopes along with lasers has made the treatment accurate and more successful. Many use rubber dam too.If you delay the treatment then you will lose your teeth and later you may have to go for dental implants or bridge which may be more costlier. Its always better to retain God given teeth by doing RCT rather than getting man made artificial teeth. Visit an endodontist for better results.
