U r obese for ur age height. Ur body mass index is more. Certainly u need to reduce 10 kgs. U Need 4 way plan to reduce it. Diet +excercises +yoga +ayurvedic medicine. started using a cpap in october and also b12 supplements . Went to dentist in october everything was fine. I just noticed about 7 small black dots on my back molars, I assume they are cavities. For someone that hasn't had a cavity in 20 years, it's got to be one of these factors. So is it the cpap or the b12 that's causing my problem?

Have done thorough eye checkup for my mother aged about 57 in Dr.Agarwal hospital and they suggested to go for cataract surgery using IOL techniques. Just want to check if we can get list of IOL lenses and their prices in market, so that i can cross verify with the prices Dr.Agarwal hospital is charge for me.
