I am 17 years old and i have the same problem that i cant leave masterbation,,despite of my desperate efforts .i am unable to get rid of it..somehow,i do this atleast twice a week..and i think that i am suffering from shivering of body and hands ...a little weakness that i think,is rising gradually...and according to me..i think my body shivers due to lack of blood..
