doctor advised me to use triglow cream.but when im using this cream regularly the pigment is lightening.there is small light brown marks in face now,doctr has told me to review surgery after 3 months.i am afraid to use d cream because it is a steroid..and also already in my face there is d marks of surgery.if im doing d surgery and the marks increases means..i dont know wat i need to do.whether i can make my face clean?please give me a suggestion.

You don't use the steroid cream for long time because it causes many side effect. you can use aloe Vera gel on the face, its effect comes out after long time but it is extra ordinary treatment for your problem. if you can't use aloevera gel you can use any aloevera cream on the face. ...

i am severe acen problem and what ever I am usng it is not going and the black marks left post acne are also too high .... I have a combination skin of dry n oily I need t oremove my marks as it is actually giving me a bad look and these scars are too deep please help

Hi. I already asked a question before. I got reply for that and got expired. So i mentioned below my before question and reply:- Hi. i feel my nerves are weak. i'm 25 yrs old. My hands shake when i do some activities like when i take a tea cup my hands shake. When i'm drinking it slowly my hands shake. I feel very shy and afraid infront of everyone. I cant hold the pen and write normally as others do. I hold my pen very tight with my fingers and write. Then when i go in a bike, when i go in some speed i'm ok. When i go in a dead slow my hands shake. I feel more nervous when i stand in front of everyone. I also feel mild nerves pains in my legs and hands all the time. I'm about to marry in a year or two. I dont know why i get this. Is this occur due to i masturbate often? Is it curable? Can i get my nerves strong and hands without shaking? I'm not able to tell this to my parents. I'm very much afraid of this sir. Pls help me.. Reply for this:- Hi, First of all would like to clarify that it is not due to masturbation , it depends upon the cause whether it is curable or not. Do you feel any kind of numbness or any kind paresthesia in your hands or legs. Since how long are you having this problem and also describe in detail whether you are facing any other symptom or not and whether it was all of a sudden or the symptoms you are facing devloped gradually. Any problem in urine or dafecation ? Any history of trauma and is this pain bilateral or unilateral ? Any history of hypertension and diabetes ? You can get serum electrolyte level and vitamin d3 levels chceked in blood right now and also give me the awnser to above queries i asked you and then will let you know whether any other investigation is required or not. Would recomend you to have plenty of water and high protein diet and also one tablet of neurokind plus daily. My reply:- Yes i feel kind of parasthesia in my hands and legs. i have normal skin(T zone oily) I am suffering from severe whiteheads and acne on my face . i have consulted few dermatologists but it barely gave me any good results. as per as the doctors prescription i have been using 1.azithromtcin azifem 500- tablets 2.adalene nano gel 3.D derclean hydro gel cleanser but it gave me no results at all. i want to have a clear and glowing skin alike yours. earlier it was nice but on the usage of kaya skin regime i ended up paying so badly for my skin. on sun explosion my skin gets worse. i expect your help to get rid of of my problems. also suggest a sun screen.

Hey sir .. Plz help me .. I am having treatment of acne from last 3-4 months .. But acne is growing faster than before .. Also with that scars are very embarrassing .. They are dark red and over the skin to a big way .. I am having treatment as- d-acne face wash , clin3 gel , kojivit gel , but my face is getting worse day by day .. My skin is oily nd very fair .. Coz of this acne are looking more bad on my face bcoz skin colour is white .. Also m not having any oily food, sweets or other junk foods .. Plzzz sir .. Suggest me,. Badly needed ur advise .. I have severe acne problem from past few years.. I did take treatments from various doctors, Kaya skin clinic etc.. Acne has never stopped but resulted in more acne, scars as well open pores.. Now I see more pimples in my jaw area as well increase in scars..i have tried glycolic peel, skin polishing as well laser treatment in d past for acne.. Please suggest a good doctor in bangalore who can help me.
