can you take codeine paracetamol and flucloxacillin togeather

can taking 4 500 mg paracetamol 50 mg diclofenac tablets can be called overdose. What should be done

I have a 22 month old daughter. She is having fever right now. Today's the first day. Fever is around 102 degrees. I have given her Sinarest paeditric drops 1.5ml. Is that the right dosage? Should I continue with that or should I shift to Calpol Paedritic drops (each ml contains Paracetamol IP 100 mg, colour - sunset yellow). What should be the dosage?

Hi, I am masturbating last 10years. I masturbate twice or thrice a week. Now i feel some problems in my body. I do wanna know is it because of masturbation. My hands shake when i take a tea cup from a plate. My hands shake when i write. I have something like disturbance or a pain inside and above my neck backside when i concentrate and read some books or read something on a tv. (when pain occurs heavy above my neck backside i have aceclofenac and paracetamol tablets to reduce heavy pain but still i feel that disturbance there).I feel its because of nerves. I'm about to marry in a year or two. I'm very afraid this ruins my life or i cant have sexual intercourse with my partner. I'm very much afraid that all these symptoms happens because i masturbate heavy. Pls guide me..

I write on my left hand, am an interior design student and I draw all the time. Then my left hand suddenly feels shakey that I cannot take a picture with a steady hand. My left wrist hurts so much like, it is numb and hurting. My right hand doesnt feel much pain and isn't as weak as my left hand but, it is shaky too! My left hand can hold stuff, but not as good as my right hand. What can remedies can I do at home and medicines can I take to soothe the numbness and weakness of my hands to make it feel better? And are my hands sick in someway that I need to see a doctor? Please answer, thank you! :)

Hi.. my daughter 3.5years old got sick yesterday.. 38-39temp.. was using calpol and neurofen to control her tem.. on our gp advice now she on 2.5ml three times..(tonzils infection) but the antibioticks not afecting her temp (39°c) so far.. gp advice- to give paracetamol or neurofen to control her temp.. she says antibiotics will start to work only afer 24-47 hours.. its thats true or we need onother antibiotics. Btw- she is not complaining for sore throat.. thank you
